This is a very popular cocktail in Italy. Aperol is an orange-red liquor invented in 1919 and is usually the go-to option to make a Spritz. It is enjoyable to drink. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Prosecco - 3 onces

Aperol - 2 ounces

Club Soda - 1 ounce

Garnish with an orange wedge
