Let’s make a Tom Collins 

Old Tom Gin: This particular one is Hayman’s of London - $30 a 750 ml bottle

Ingredients:

Gin (Old Tom Gin) - 1.5 oz

Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 oz 

Simple syrup - 1/2 oz

Soda (Carbonated) water - 2 oz

Garnish with 1 lemon slice and 1 Maraschino cherry
